Calling Emergency Services
If life is in immediate danger please emergency services now 000 and ask for police or ambulance.
Support from your doctor or hospital
For urgent attention, contact your doctor or go straight to the emergency department of your local hospital. Upon arrival, ask to see someone from the mental health team or the doctor on duty immediately.
You must tell them if you are feeling suicidal or require immediate crisis support.
